CLANDESDINING CLUB EVENTS

 

Clandesdining Club will present a series of unique one-off, dinners in unusual locations somewhere in Ibiza, created by different leading chefs, where diners will be able to experience the best local, seasonal produce the Balearics has to offer.

The Chefs will be announced 7 days before each event: A series of celebrated, guest chefs from on and off the island will be bringing their individuality to the CDC this year including Mark Poynton (Michelin starred Restaurant Alimentum, Cambridge), Adam Simmonds (Winner of the Great British Menu 2014, currently at Pavilion, London and formerly of Michelin starred Restaurant Adam Simmonds at Danesfiled House), Fred Bolin (Disappearing Dining Club, London), Steve Durham (The Hospitality Sourcerer), Tim Payne (Sands, Ibiza and formerly of Paradise, London)

The venues will be from little-known farms at the end of dusty camino’s to hidden locations, all venues will be privately announced two day before, to those who have booked to attend the event.

 

7th August

Our first event takes place on one of Ibiza’s oldest farms.  This spectacular organic farm has been passed down through the generations, and farmed by the same family for almost 1,000 years.  With the current work in progress, it is fast on its way to becoming one of the largest eco farms on the island. Known not only for their traditional produce they are also championing a return to the traditional ways of ecological farming originally used by their ancestors.

 

Our guest chef for the first dinner is Tim Payne. Tim has trained under some of the UK’s most acclaimed chefs including Marco Pierre White. Formally head chef of London’s Paradise Pub and sous chef on TV’s Hell’s Kitchen, Tim is now based in Ibiza where he is an ardent advocate of local and seasonal produce, this passion will be reflected in his menu which is inspired by his love of Mediterranean cuisine.

21st Aug

Ibiza is famed for it’s delicious local meats and so our home for this next event is a rare breed farm responsible for reintroducing some great meat products to the island. Our guest chef has been making an impressive mark in the UK where he holds a Michelin star. He is known for applying his global cooking techniques which achieve complexity of both flavour and texture.

11th September

Ibiza is a stunning island where a vast amount of flavoursome local produce is gown. Our next Clandesdining Club event takes place at a picturesque organic farm which is well loved and respected for being instrumental in the re-growth of the organic food culture in Ibiza. Our very special guest chef.

2nd October

As this is the last Clandesdining Club in our summer series, we are making it a little more of a party, so we’re turning this one into a dinner and dance.  We’ll be holding this soiree in a beautiful hidden valley, in the centre of the island.  The chef for this last event has held michelin stars in his last two restaurants, he will be preparing a mouth watering dinner using the best organic produce the island has to offer.  Once the dinner is done, we’ll clear the tables away and have ourselves a little dancing, with the music being provided by a few of our well known DJ friends.
