Inspired by the abundance of quality produce to be found in the Balearics and a love of sharing meals with friends, Clandesdining Club founders David Beynon and Peachy Keane wanted to create an opportunity to bring the two together and celebrate the rich agricultural heritage of the islands.


A seed was sown and from it grew a passion for discovering local, organic, traditional and artisanal producers for a series of out-door dinners in stunning locations; combining it all with a sense of joy, innovation and a dash of experimentation.


This season Clandesdining Club runs from Thursday 24th July until October. After a winter of unearthing little-known farms at the end of dusty caminos and seeking out hidden locations, diners will be able to experience the best local, seasonal produce the Balearics has to offer. CDC is proud to announce that these charming out-door events will also be landing in Mallorca for the first time.


A series of celebrated, guest chefs from on and off the island will be bringing their individuality to CDC this year including Mark Poynton (Michelin starred Restaurant Alimentum, Cambridge), Adam Simmonds (Winner of the Great British Menu 2014, currently at Pavilion, London and formerly of Michelin starred Restaurant Adam Simmonds at Danesfield House), Fred Bolin (Disappearing Dining Club, London), Steve Durham (The Hospitality Sourcerer), Tim Payne (Sands, Ibiza and formerly of Paradise, London) and Simon Smyth (Laurelito, Ibiza).


The common link between Clandesdining Ibiza and Mallorca and this season’s collaborators is a passion for seeking the best, ethically sourced food and the pleasure of enjoying it in the company of old friends and new. “We take inspiration from the beautiful and unusual locations we find for our events, but mostly we are inspired by the dedication and devotion of the our growers, farmers and providores who deliver exceptional, ethically produced and exciting food to our kitchen doors.  And of course, our diners, whose satisfied smiles and laughter spur us on to continue to give the best we can.” says founder David Beynon.
